DR. GARY HOWARD
President
Dr. Gary Howard is the founder of Teach A Man To Fish Mentoring and he is very passionate about our youth. In addition to volunteering his time in the community, he is also a wrestling coach for a local middle school. His work professions include years of law enforcement and an associate adjunct college professor. Both professions has shown him how important it is to invest time in our youth, and help bring out their best potentials. Dr. Howard believes that every child can achieve greatness, they just need positive influences to help them realize that the tools they need for success are already inside of them. Teach A Man To Fish Mentoring, is one way he is helping them to bring those tools into fruition.
MONISHA HOWARD
Vice President
Monisha Howard is a teacher in the public school system where she works in an alternative school setting. During her time there, she has learned how much potential is inside of the youth that many people have given up on. She works diligently with each student to let them know that they can do anything they put their minds to. Monisha considers herself a down to earth role model that young people easily connect with. She believes that each and every person has a purpose and she strives to help them realize what that is. Upon realization, she then happily helps them work towards it.

CORTISHA SKINNER
Secretary
Cortisha Skinner is a Career counselor for a local college and she has worked in the public school system for over 17 years. Cortisha has a zeal and an energy that is unmatched. She is very passionate about helping young people meet their goals. One of her positions in the public school system was a graduation coach. She mainly worked with students that were at risk for not graduating and she put her heart and soul into helping each and everyone of them walk the graduation stage. Cortisha brings that same energy to TAMTF. If a child has a goal, she will do all she can to help them reach it. Such is such a great asset to the Teach A Man To Fish Mentoring team.
DANAZHA HOWARD
Administrative Assistant
Danazha is a very valuable asset to the TAMTF team. She is a teacher in the public school system and has a ton of knowledge when it comes to working with young people. She also does much of the work with event planning and organizing. She is superb at bringing a vision to life. Her behind the scenes work is a big part of what helps the organization stay a well oiled machine. We are so fortunate to have her.

JACINTO MOORE
Board Member
Jacinto Moore is on the Board of Directors for TAMTF. He brings years of experience with young people to the board. He has worked as a wrestling coach with several programs all over Eastern North Carolina and he volunteers his time frequently with the youth. Jacinto has a huge passion for helping young people be their best selves from the inside out. He is a great asset to the board and the TAMTF team.
ANTONIO CRATCH
Board Member
Antonio Cratch joined the Teach A Man To Fish Mentoring board with the understanding of the vision and drive to help. Antonio has young children, and is always volunteering his time to mentor others. He will often join in a game of basketball and just talk about goals and life. Antonio is caring and full of integrity. He is great to have as a board member and part of the Teach A Man To Fish team.
